Return Policy: Custom Pet Statues

Due to the one-of-a-kind, hand-painted nature of our custom pet statues, all sales are final. Each piece is a unique artistic interpretation of your pet and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

• Artist Interpretation: By ordering, you acknowledge that these are handmade artworks. Slight variations in color and detail are expected.

• No Changes: Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

• Damages: If your statue arrives damaged, please contact us at info@petsarefamily4ever within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement.
